Well that is perfect! I would post this in the classifieds section! You need straps in a serious way so that's good your lookin at straps! Post the deal on a couple of other forums if you belong to any more! But if you got a good welder around you they can beef up any weak spots!

Thanks.
I don't know how far you are from Calgary area (driving distance from Vancouver), but Kevin at HRT (Carli/Thuren distributor/installer) can build you a truss.

I am more than a 10 hour drive from Calgary. Thanks for the heads up though.
Worst case senario, I could have one fabbed up here, but there would be a fair cost in getting it measured and fitted properly. I figure it would be cheaper to get a "kit" that is pre-cut so it is an easy weld in job.

For the record, DRC never built the axle truss, Jason Hughes made it for them and his company is HRC, I believe he is still trsusing them, but I bent his axle in 3 days..My chromoly one from Carli is hands down the best in the business..

Lorenz..lol if thats the case buy the plate and weld it yourself..The Carli one sits real close to the axle and allows alot more room under the axle to the ground.

Ive got pics if your interested

Carli one, with chromoly plating, you can get mild steel which is plenty strong, but since Mike and Sage know what's best for my lead foot and my truck, They built the strongest in the business...

Here is the old HRC axle..As you can sit, it hangs lower and makes for maneuvering over boulders alot harder..

Can you get the Carli as a "weld on"? I am a long way from Cali to be shipping an axle, but that looks really good.
