Coils springs arrived today, not too bad-one week delivery. I should have them installed this weekend with the ride report to follow...

Actually had the fronts already, Top Gun I think had them...Lorenz substituted the rears in the order when he sent my level kit...coils are at the powder-coater today going flat black to look factory, lol.

OK, got the coils powdercoated and installed yesterday. All shocks are on and everything went well. Alignment doesn't seem off but will do it on Saturday. What I noticed about the ride is: the truck feels level-no nose down ride; feeling a bit more vibration in the pedals-probably a more positive feel from the 6% coils, and bumps and dips feel a bit more soaked up-probably from the softer rebound from the shocks. I'll post up some pics when I can figure that part out. Always telling me the pics are too big from my desktop and photobucket...

The springs and shocks will settle in soon. You're coming from an extremely mushy, weak, stock frontend to a firmer, longer travelling suspension. Hit some culverts/bumps at high speed and enjoy not bottoming it out constantly. I'd get aThuren/Carli trackbar before getting an alignment. With a 2-3" lift I believe the trackbar should be set at 39.25". Thuren or Carli can verify/correct me on that.
