IF you want your truck to ride better put some weight in it.

heck, stock they ride like a boulevard cruiser.

the 2.0 are the correct shock length with clevis mounts and the 3'' of ride height the carli springs provide. dont think they will work on stock height springs. The spring might come out of the bucket at full droop. Never tested it though.

I wouldnt go with Kore shocks. Their springs might be a little stiff for some but worse yet they use off the shelf fox valving

I am looking for a smother ride than stock and want a spring the well let the truck articulate good over things

Cuz as it is with no swaybars i will lift the rear tire like a 2 feet in the air not even close to hitting a bump stop any where

All i want is usable travel
mainly looking for advise on the front springs

after i get the front riding a bit smother i am gonna be gettin into the rear

Is Carli still my best bet cuz in the video on the site and their thest videos they r doing all jumping and woops not showing any acrtulation??
If you are not bottoming out your stock 2nd gen suspension you are driving slow

Carli uses King and Bilstein right now and are looking at Fox.

The 2.0s use a clevis mount with a stem to eye conversion and thay also have 2.5'' pit top kings that dont need towers. All the higher end systems come with their billet towers.

Here's a link to a pdf of their catalog that includes retail pricing:
http://www.thecarlisuspension.com/catalog.pdf

My 2.0's are a big step up from stock. Significantly improved ride, especially considering I have a LWB truck.
