6" Carli Suspension

So........we pretty much took over that pure performance thread with a bunch of hype about the soon to be 6" Carli suspension kit, so I figured we should cut to the chase and have a thread dedicated to the future "king of 6 inch suspensions"
To ease the pain with what is going to be a long few months before production gets on the way, any teaser pics, and info regarding this mammoth of a suspension would be greatly appreciated.

Better start saving money now bc that kit is going to be big bucks. You will have to buy the full deavers no mini pacs = $1100+- shocks probably 2.5s = $2000+- and man Radius arms = FIRST BORN+-! It will be worth it but if you get setup for less than $5-6 grand i will be suprised.

Mike's fabbed up some longer shackles for the rear as well.

but..when I was running my 5'' kit with Carli parts I was using the standard Carli leaf pac and just used all 3 of the stock spacers/blocks on the rear and and it leveled the truck perfectly.

I'm sure they'll correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking you'll only need a few things over their current kits. The radius arms...chromoly Tig welded or Mild steel Mig welded to save $ and the pan rod bracket/drop pitman arm. The bumpstops might need a spacer as well. The shocks, springs, limit straps, end links, etc just need to be longer.

Mike already said the kits will range from the Bilstein 5100s all the way to the King 3.0 so in the end these 5''/6'' kits might not have to break the bank.

Now what I really want is a way to keep the height of my 3'' lift system but run 12'' or 14'' stroke front shocks for some extra travel.

They did! Travel is like horsepower for those speed guys...you can never have too much.

If it was up to me Carli would be doing full chromoly cages with a coilover/bypass option for their radius arms and a 4 link rear end. Maybe they could push the firewall back to move the heavy cummins motor for better weight distribution...I keep telling myself that my Ram is just a tow truck that I can beat on when my Ranger breaks but this thing is just too fun!

I think that the latest issue of 8-Lug has an install on the new 6" Carli kit and it is pretty wicked!

LOL who says that's not happening? Except for pushing the motor back. Maybe next year for that......

or maybe set you up with a pre-tax account much like the medial flex plan. I think we currently have a $500 flex account set up with our company. HR would probably frown on a $5,000 Carli Flex account.
