Just got my 04.5 Cummins last week. Everything stock except the 17 inch Walker Evan Beadlocks . I am currently in money storage mode and will be looking to get the 2.65 setup. I live a block away from Sage's shop and routinely see Baja Mike driving around. God he knows how to make a Cummins owner envious. I was thinking of starting off with the Starter kit and throwing the front end upgrade kit on it for now just cause i hate the way the truck rides stock. Then Getting the 2.65's shocks, shock towers, and limit straps put on @ later date and time. What do you guys think? So ban89 and the thejohnny will you be going back to get the long travel setup for the rear? ![]() And BajaMike if your reading this i wanted to know if you run the over the counter carli high mount steering stabilizer? Also curious as to what headlight bulbs you have on your cummins? and would i be able to run the full leaf packs with the starter kit? Last edited by terribleone : 05-21-2009 at 04:33 PM. |

As much as I cant wait to see what Mike does with those custom long travel deavers and the special stuff he has planned for the LT front I'm good with the performance of my 2.65 kit. After all my ram is supposed to be my daily driver and my tow/chase rig for my class 7. I like that all the kits they currently offer bolt on in the stock location while adding great performance. Plus Mike was pushing the limits of safety with the way he drove his 2.65 kit as it is. With this beast he is going to have to cage his truck and there is no way i'm cutting into the cab of my 07.5.....yet Sees like a good plan! The front end kit will really tighten things up. I would also add the PCS steering box brace. Once you get the deavers and the coils I bet in less than a month you'll have the rest of the 2.65 kit.

YEAH, that suspension is an awesome sign of what they can do. I e-mailed Mike and told him to give me that setup, haha!

The new 3.0 king pistons look AWESOME!!! Hey Mike...think you could do a Cummins swap in my class 7 Ranger and upgrade the suspension with your new King pistons?

![]() You should trade in you Class 7 for a single cab long bed cummins then put the new LT stuff on it.
