Thanks James! Great to deal with. Ordered Tuesday and received it on Thursday. I ordered 5" exhaust turbo back with muffler, sounds great and installed easy. Called with a question about exhaust and left message. James called me back 30 mins. later. I will order from them again! Thanks again, Tim

Best thing IMO about James is that he either answers his phone straight away or will get back with you in no time at all. It is an easy decision for me to use him again for future orders.

I have dealt with James at Rolling Smoke Diesel several times, and have always had a good experience. I recently purchased a turbo back exhaust for my 6.7L. I needed one more clamp to finish installing it. I am not even sure if the kit was missing a clamp or if I just misplaced it/installed it wrong. No questions asked, James sent me another 4 inch band clamp. He even sent it 2 day air, so I could get it before the weekend!! You can't ask for better customer service than that!! I will definitely continue to buy from RSD, as they have earned my long term business. Thanks James!

Hey guys just placed another order with you. I do have an issue though I have never created an account with you, however when I try to create one it says I already have one associated with my email address. Any help would be appreciated.
When you make your first order, it auto makes you an account. Check your email's back to your first order. I had the same issue then i checked my emails and found it. Hope this helps.
PS RSD so far has been great to me, took in my opinion on the decal and hopefully i will be able to order a front windshield decal soon Keep up the good work james!

I follow Rollin smoke diesel on Facebook, and everyonce in a while he offers parts at a discounted price on his status. I finally got dibs on one of his statuses and got an H&S maxx intake and boost tube for 200 shipped. I told him I'd call within the hour. I called and no answer. Called again 10 min later no answer so I left a voicemail. I messaged him over Facebook and emailed him through his website and still no response. I know 95% of you have had great experiences with James but thought this was a little shady. Super disappointed.

I messed up the address on my order for my clutch(PayPal default) emailed him on Sunday when I made the order, 10 minutes later I had a reply telling me he took care of it. I'll be making my future purchases through him.
