Bibb Street Westminster SC. at the rodeo grounds. If you can make your way to the upstate and get on hwy 123 heading towards Georgia, you can find it. From hwy 123, you will pass under HWY 11 look to your right shortly after that intersection and you will see a large plant with the sign Valenite on it. There is a road on your left directly across from the Valenite plant take that road, and the rodeo grounds will be a mile or so on your left. There is a sign out when you get to it. See you there.
