clutch for a 1st gen Dodge?

What kind of clutch would be great for this application and also how much for the clutch.

Truck: 1990 Dodge Cummins
trans: getrag (may do a NV4500 or NV5600 swap if i can find it)
mods: pump tweaked, straight piped.
Future mods: intercooler, POD's, a twin/compound turbo setup. Looking for the 1000-1200 ftlbs area and 300-500 hp. roughly and estimate on #'s
It would be a daily driver, strip, towing, and of course since im a kid....hot rod.

Thanks!
