Maybe Im alone with my opinion, but how much BIGGER can they make the head lights? When will they start making truck with chome already on them instead of charging 50k and making the customer put a more hard earned cash out to make it look good, like a truck? When will the factory notice that the more euro the interior the more UNcomfortable the seats become? We have dodge diesels ranging from 02 to 07 at the mine and by far the most comfortable are the 02s, the most friendly interior is the 04-05, and the most powerful are the 06-07 all are 5.9s and they are all standard transmissions.

But they are still nice trucks and the engines are bad a$$ even stock trust me we work the living everything we possibly can out of them with an average load of 10-12k lbs on them at all times, and more often than not, even more than that. they perform very well hail to the "DODGE UNDERGROUND" thank you msha for approving the best diesel pickup for use underground.

Sterling trucks also has the "Bullet" line of trucks now. They are nothing more than Dodge 5500's with a "Sterling" grill, Everything is rebadged of course.

I’d sure like to see a Dodge 5500 along side an F-550.
Only thing that impressed me with the F-550 was how much weight it could hall. The differential, and rear spring cluster was quite impressive too. The Frame got my attention also. I looked for a good picture of the frame, but couldn't find a real good one. 1st picture under the hoist you can somewhat see the thickness of the frame, doubled 1/4-inch steel, for a total of 1/2-inch thick.
