Show Truck Build

Alright ladies and germs,

Some of yall have seen some of my work with the 07 and I've started to get enough done that I decided to start a thread on my progression build

for everyone who has unkind words for lowered, 2wd pretty trucks on big wheels

The final result of this build will be for a one off show stopper and hopefully some magazine coverage in a few diesel and non diesel mags.

It will still be a driver and hauler. Hopefully I'll get the chance to haul more show cars in the future

so on with the pics:

Day or so after I bought it (bone stock):

Drop shackles and Tinted tails.

Custom Fiat badging:

Custom Interior Work:

Eye Lids and 22s:

That was nice and all but I had ideas floating around in my head that needed to be built

So the major modifications began:

Then came another Idea:

Most of the underhood is color matched as well.

And anyone who doubts this truck having work truck roots:

Subscribed. My roots run deep in the air suspension world. Good luck, looking forward to the build.

One thing you might keep in mind, if you have the tools and abilities, it's a lot easier and affordable to do the majority of the work yourself.

Sweet! Are those wheels going to tuck? They look like they'll be close, but might require some fender "massaging"..?

not sure on rims yet....

However RBP should be coming out with 26" rims in december I really hope they dont look like shyte........

I also have another idea involving custom SRW rims too

If good thats what I'll do if not I'm not sure. The problem is that big rims require a dually axle to use the adapters instead of a spacer on a SRW axle.

I also need to confirm if a C&C axle is more narrow than a regular DRW axle and all that jazz....

Hmm. That's a possibility. Just don't screw up and put a super single on the back of it. So tacky!

Rear air setup?
