See guys ford drivers have to be ready for anything anytime. When in a ferd you never know when it's gonna go wrong.

pffft 1200hp model A its a ford, and on diesels they dont they use a bigger straps for the extra weight or maybe even chains, and from the videos i have seen, the dynos that diesels go on on on the ground not up in the air like but still a cool video.

I know the guy that owns that dyno. This video was sent to me last year.

I sent the dyno owner an e-mail and never got a reply back from him on waht happened.

Not my idea of fun. This is one reason why I re-strap my dyno twice a year.

Ahh yes....

that happened here in MN. If I remember right they were at the Car Craft Summer Cruise.

The straps for the Dyno were on the exhaust. They melted through!

The car sounded mean, but they never got a good reading on it. What I heard was when the straps broke it was at 4700rpm and about 675hp.

the description below the video says that the straps were touching the exhaust and melted.
