Pure Flow Technologies

I purchased an Air Dog 150 from Gus at Farmboys Diesel in the middle of June 08 and installed it the following weekend. The unit had a problem with fuel presure bouncing from 5 psi to 20 psi.I checked and checked again the fitings to make sure that the fitting were tight and had no leaks. On Sunday July 20th I called the main number knowing I wouldnt get an answer but I did it any way.I listened to the message that was on the recording and It gave some phone numbers for tech questions.I called and the first number was Charlie the owner.Charlie was on a boat fishing I belive. He asked a few questions about the problems I was having and such.We talked a good 30 or so minutes about everything from the weather to health. He told me to call him the next morning and he would have a fix for my problem. The next morning I called at 9:30am and spoke to Charlie and he got my adress and said he will send me a new pump.Today at 11:25 the new pump arrived.I am going to have to say this is the best customer service I have ever seen.If anybody is going to purchase a aftermarket pump go with the Air Dog.I know I had a problem with my first pump but I am the rare one of thousands.Give them the chance,,You wont be dissapointed.

I agree. Charlie, Anthony, Mark, Shelby and the gang at PureFlow are top class. They will bend over backwards and make a pretzel to help you out. Great job gang

We try our best. There always seems to be problems with about anything these days. We just try to eliminate some of the frustrations as much as we can. Did Charlie tell you what was wrong with the unit or say the heck with it and send you another one haha??

I was looking at FASS until I saw articles on the Air Dogs in the mags. This thread just reinforces my decision to switch.

Hey you cant forget Toby over there from Airdog. Had an issue with my Raptor 150 and with no question "vey little" he sent me a new pump but we talked on the phone a little and after some thought I went and upgraded to the Airdog 150 and was the best money I spent to upgrade the pump and GREAT Customer service
