New Filters Yet?

I just installed my Air Dog 100 today and expect to fire it up tomorrow, it has been sitting in a box in my office for a couple of months and I finally got around to it.
I haven't been on this site for a long time and saw that some people are very concerned about the filtering capabilties of the Air Dog.
I saw that Air Dog was expecting new filters, are they available yet?

They claim they have new ones, but I've not seen them for sale.

I shouldn't say for sale. Since the advertising was intentionally misleading, they should be shipping replacements to all their customers for free. That is, if they are a decent, honest company. They might be scum though. We'll see.
