Fuel heater/water in fuel conection

I just installed an air dog 100 and used the GD fuel filter removel kit. my question is what do I need to do with the fuel heater and water in fuel elect. plugs . I was going to remove the fuse and relay but dont know if it will throw a code or if it runs something else. Thanks for any help

Just tape the ends off and tie them back out of the way. That will take care of them. Then if you would ever need them again they will be there and working still.
