*NEW* AirDog Warranty Policy

Here at AirDog we are having a warranty policy change. This is in the best interest of the customers. BUT it will be strictly followed. Our previous warranty stated the warranty card would have to be sent in within 30 days of purchase. This was not followed strictly to the fairness of the customer and a brand new product. We understand that the box does not immediately get opened, nor are all of you aware of the 30 day policy. Therefore, we have changed the warranty policy and it will be followed firmly. From now on, you have 90 days to fill out your warranty card for the lifetime warranty. IF you do not get that taken care of within that 90 day time period. And option to buy the lifetime warranty will be put in place for the price of $50. This action MUST be taken within the first year of purchase. Not a day later. Otherwise you will be limited to your 1 year warranty. We feel this is fair on everyones part and wanted to give a heads up to everyone. Again, THIS WILL BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED!!!!

BUMP, I had a customer today that must have missed this one. You get 90 days to get it in. If you don't send it in. Your warranty is limited to 1 year. After one year is up. You have no warranty. At some point the customer will have to take responsibility in filling the warranty card out. If they do not and there is an issue any time after 1 year. The customer will be responsible. We aren't being particular by any means or trying to get out of a warranty. So please spread the word to any friends or anyone you know that has bought one within the last 90 days. We feel that is more than enough time to fill the card out. Thanks

I hope you dont use the info to sell, spam us, send us junk mail, or phone solicit.
Thats one reason some people dont fill out warranty cards. Because the info is used for telemarketing. It is a way for the telemarketers to get around the do not call list.

It is used only to enter your info in the product registration file. Thats it. You dont even have to put your address and phone number. Just so long as your name and serial # from the pump is on there. With a copy of your sales receipt. Your good to go.

Is there any way we can get a confirmation it was received? I am kind of nervous now, I sent mine in when I bought it but dont want to hear you never got it if I do have a problem due to an issue with the post office or something.

Got your pm. But it appears you had called before I got back to the PM. Got it all straightened out?

Hey, I got a question. Where can I get the serial number from, other than on the pump?
You guys put the serial number plate on the wrong side of the pump if your mounting it inside the frame, so it faces the frame.
So I put the system on the truck, get it working, sit down to fill out my warranty card, and the first space to fill out is serial number.
So where can I find the serial number?

Well some go on the inside and some go on the outside. I understand the frustration. But the serial number is located on the box as well.
