OCR Calendar of Events

Is there a calender of OCR events? I have been trying to keep up to date on "get-togethers", but I've found that I have to dig through the posts to find dates and places.

Does the OCR have a secretary?

Thats a good idea. The only problem is that as far as gtg's go it takes up untill a couple weeks before to decide a date.

just an idea..we could make a OCR google calendar to which a few or all of us have the password and then we can each go in and edit the calendar when we've got an event to invite people to..We use google calendars at work so all our employees can see what everyone else is up to.

That's exactly what I was thinking about!

Oh really now, is that how it is? I had no idea!

Ok, I have no idea what your talking about as far as the google calender, but I'll look into it.

Problem is, as stated above, usually we only have a 2-3 week window when it comes to planning stuff. And it comes down to a week before till everyone decides what time, and day. So, if we do some sort of Calender thing, we all have to come up with ideas months in advance, and all decide on days and times. I could see it becoming a huge project trying to get everyone on the same page.
