He just does Fire Rings now... he got away from o-ringing, he just did mine and did a good job, but it was a long drive from Kingston

Are you talking about Hot Rod Diesel? Why would he get away from O-Rings? Looks like I'm going to have to head to the states for headwork

I think he said that you had to keep re-torquing them so often where as fire rings you dont

you can try diesel doctors before you head to the states, i think they do that stuff.

Hmmm I'll have to look into that. I don't need fire-rings for how I drive, o-rings would suit me better. And thanks for the Diesel Doctors info RamThis. I'll keep them in mind for when I'm looking at doing the job!

Can also try contacting Turners. Do not know if they do headwork, but they are also another big Cummins shop in Ontario.

Heath at HotRod Diesel just call him and explain what want and he will tell you what is goin to work for the setup you are going for. I don't think you will find a guy in this area with too much more knowledge than him when it comes to cummins engines. Ohh ya hey eveyone i'm from Peterborough.

Welcome, Not too far from me. I you need help with some mods I have a buddy selling some first gen parts as he is upgrading to a P pump.
