Right on! Where exactly? I grew up in Stratford, lived in ST. Marys for a few years, and know most of the area. Know people in Harrington, Kintore, the works.
Thats right where I am. I played softball in Harrington, went to elementary school in Kintore, Highschool in St. Marys. I'd give you my exact location, just not where anyone could see it. So Lets just say Uniondale Ont.

Sorry to hear bout the bad luck.

Well, it should not be frozen lines. I believe diesel only starts to gel at -25 to -30C. Granted, maybe we are still on summer diesel at the pumps. These are the first thought without knowing more info on the issue.

Step 1, do plug in the block. I would stay away from gasoline deicer but in the future if you are worried you can mix some diesel anti gel agent in fo comfort (although I have started up to -35 unplugged no additives).

Step 2 - In not done already, post this question in the main forum for more exposure.

Step 3 - Try cycling the pre-heat sequence a few times that may free up some fuel to get her going if gelled fuel is the issue.

Other than that, what type of symptems are they?? Will it run at all? Does it run for a few then die?? Any odd sounds?? Is your battery still good?? How many seconds (minutes) before it dies??

Robert

DO NOT put gasoline fuel deicer in your tank. It is usually Alcohol based or Methanol.

You do not want alcohol in your fuel system.
