We did the Dyno day last Feb Ian....It was above ground and not wide for dually fenders even if we pulled the outside tires off. I think they were just plain scared to come across the bridge myself...
I'm pretty sure the place he had the dyno setup has closed up and dont know if he has re opened anywhere...I can make a call tho, I've still got his card and cell number

And your right about Rotans closing. I haven't heard if Wells set his dyno up anywhere else but it doesn't do us dually guys much good anyways, can't get the fenders between the posts
