Hey, New guy here. I have an 03 5.9L HO DRW 4:10 6 SPEED 2WD I did not know the best RPM to run on the highway and the best range to shift gears. Also can we trust the MPG gauge in the truck? What is the best oil for it?

1800rpm is where most get the best mileage at. 2200rpm is a good shift spot. The mpg gauge is not accurate. For oil I use Mobil Delvac1 Full synthetic
