Thumbs up newbie from nc

i am new to the diesel world i bought a 2001 24v 6spd about six months ago and i am starting to play with it i have been drag racing all my life but on the diesels i am new love my truck and want moore from it anny thoughts would be helpfull ..

transfer pump

also i just bought one of the bd buypass lift pump and was wondering what the fuel pressure should be on the stock pump before i put the new one on/or waste the time. also is the bd buypass lift pump ok to use .thanks ia advance.

You defineately need some gauges before you install a new fuel pump. too much or too little pressure and your out a 1300 dollar vp44. My autometer nv's were ~400 but there are much more economical substitutes lol

cool i go threw there some i fish bass tourneys so i travel alot also i have just orderd my juice with a2 sunday night from xtremediesel sorry it says in my sig i have it but it should be here today or tomarrow will it make that much differance on my truck.

Oh ok I must have skipped over that one lol. But yeah that'll Be all you need. Havn't got any experience with it myself but from what others say it is a very fine product.

i just changed my picture the car was my dragcar this is the truck lift and stacks in the process/never ending . but it is something to start from anyways. the truck only hade 62,000 orignal milles on it when i got it now has 95,000.
