Well guys, I'm a 56 year old kid, never served in the military. When I was 18, they had the draft with the lottery to pick who got drafted according to your birth date. My lottery no. was in the 200's so I didn't get drafted. I wasn't itching to volunteer at the time. This was during the last years of the Vietnam War.
I have nothing but PRIDE and RESPECT for all of you MEN and WOMEN serving in any of our Military services. My Prayers are with you all. May God, our Lord and Saviour watch over you all and keep you safe.

USAF Retired, currently Civil Service. Yup, I'm one of those double dippers. And I still can't afford all the toys I want for my truck. Oh well life goes on. For all of you over in sand-land, watch your backs and come home safe. God bless all of you.
