its about 30 miles south of syracuse, iwas gonna try and get a meet and greet together before christmas, im amember of TDR and the dredded DTR and will get some guys from there to come also. I thought maybe HOOTERS in the carousel mall would be a good local, need some feedback and who would like to go. Im not gonna put a lot of effort in if theirs no interest. But its not to say that if only a couple of guys go ill still be up forit no matter what.

I was thinking about the 9th or the 10th of december, that way it is a little bit before christmas, i have a couple of locations in mind, that have big parking lots and have a lot of room to have a gathering of diesel nuts to sit down and eat. Im petty set on the Syracuse area as it is in the middle of the state and easy to get around in and get to. I was thinking about Hooters but the one in the mall is kinda small and will probally be pretty full by the time we show up, also the old country buffet on erie blvd, has a big lot and is a pretty good joint to eat at and will accomadate a large group. But suggestions are also being taken as a location, but i think the date is set.

Well, albany is just as far for us guys around syracuse, gonna work on a good local this week end and will hopefully know by next weekend for sure where its gonna be. Pretty sure its gonna be the sunday the 10 th but not set in stone.

I have a location, tell me what you all think. Its called the cannon travel center, its just off i-690 , its a truck stop and has a full service cb shop, and a 24 restaurant, its not a brand new place but the people are friendly and they can accomadate a bunch of us.

Google Maps

I- 690 east exit 8, to light go left, to next light go left, on the right.
I-690 west exit 10, to light go right to next light go left, go aprox. 1/2 mile to second light straight thru on the right.
I-90 from the west go to exit 39, pay toll to 690 east and follow above.
I-90 from the east exit 34 A pay toll go south on I-481 to I-690 west to xit 10 and follow directions above.
I-81 from north and south go to I-690 and go west to exit 10 and follow directions above.

Any questions please PM me ill try to answer, as i drive truck during the week but i have a laptop and will check in throughout the week.
