Fastest Diesel in Reno

Who has the quickest diesel in Reno, I know there is a Common rail that is slated to run low 11's and maybe even high 10's, w/ around 1000HP on fuel only, and there is a 24V that is running 620ish HP and holds down a quick 12 sec on 37's. I also have heard about a D-max owner that is spending tons of money for the subject title, no Idea what he runs.
