Question fuel sending unit

Hi guys!! O.K. we put a Vulcan draw straw in, a fass pump, new fuel lines, fixed VP44 and new gauges. She runs great!!!!!!!! Except now my fuel gauge doesn't work it shows a full tank ALL the time. There is no power to the fuel gauge sending unit. Something is stopping the power before it gets to sending unit. Any ideas?

Get it fixed yet? Maybe one of the pins on the connector is not making good contact or somehow managed to push through the connector housing. My .02

on your old pick up unit the plug on top of gas tank you need to disconect the ground only. it should be (color black) leave rest of wires then plug it back in. the two wires in the midle of the plug are the ones that power the gague
