how did Mike's Go??!!!

Just figured I would ask after the weekend how everybody liked their numbers at mike's this weekend... I personally was happy with mine. I pulled 285/533 without the box and 335/610 with it. I was expecting 300/550 or so, so I'm happy.

I do have to pick on the poor chevy though. The 03 duramax that pulled had a quad box and a juice with attitude and only outpulled me by. something like 40hp and 30tq. But I don't know what level he was running the edge or what quad box he had but I figured with them stacked he would pull away from me with the hp.

Oh yea and the tranny issues! Somebody has to figure out how to fix that overdrive thing with the allison. It had to be emberassing to have to pull over a couple times to "reset the tranny" after a hard stomp on the go pedal!

Any input from you guys???

oh yea and a big thanks to mike for the use of his facilities and everybody that helped out!!! Great food and from what I hear great brew!

DD dropped the last dyno as it was a stock Ford gasser.
Neil got 177/270 or 1 hp short of a stock 99 CTD.

...
I have yet to see a Power Stroke dyno to the advertised numbers of any Vendor. We look at peak numbers on a chassis dyno. Perhaps the Vendors use a different method? Looking at the Edge EV it advertises horsepower gains, nothing about peak.

Some very interesting numbers on the dyno from vastly differing twins and a huge single.
Dyno results posted both on my persoanl web site and Mike's. Photos coming soon after I cut the size to give the dial up readers a chance to upload this month.
