Lithia Dodge-Beware

So I had em do a transmission service. I was wondering around the lot and I heard a Dodge take off like a bat out of heck. Look over and see it's my truck. I wouldn't have worried about it but when he got on it, he let off the throttle right now. Heard thats really hard on injectors, especially w/ a chip or programmer. So I walk back down to the shop and have the service manager give a message. I say "the only person that hot rods the truck is me. I don't give a fudge who he thinks he is." I looked over when he delivered the message and he glared at me. His name is Jeff Houston a 20 year experienced tech. Works at Lithia Dodge in Billings, MT.

Doing an MIT. If I knew he was going to do it, I would've rigged it to where something was going to break.

We dropped our Jetta off at Lithia VW in Thornton, CO. They had it for only an hour then called saying there was in incident.

We showed up and found they had pulled in to close (so they claim) to a pole and smashed the entire rear quarter of the drivers side. Car had less than 5k on it and now Carfax shows a claim on it. Must be a Lithia thing

I always hang out during service.. and I know my service managers really well. I hope this wouldn't happen to me.

I have had some bad experances with that a$$ I wont let him work on my truck any more!! Jeff Houston should not be a tech!!! I have had good luck with Bob Schwarts and thats the only one that I will let touch my truck down there.

If it requires them to use a Star Scan, I schedule an appointment.
