Mr. Mistery Quest

OK so I was goofing off in Billings yesterday and I ran into the same Blue 06, lifted mega cab on 3 different occasions. First time I was heading down Grand, stopped at a red light and he drives by on the cross st. Makes a hand gesture, wasn't the middle finger. Anyway, heading down 1st Ave. N, run into you again. I take off up Broadwater, and you head up Montana Ave. 3rd time parked at the Sinclair in Laurel, next to Shotgun Willies, pull in and get a soda. Please indentify yourself, if even a member.
