anyone near monroe city?

whats up guys n gals just wonderin if anyoen was in the monroe city area. i always see a bunch of cummins up there when i go fishin at mark twain. also its been a number of years but they used to have a "dirt drags" event every now and then i think held by the tri county 4x4 club, is this still goin on id liek to take my son there soem night if it is. dunno if ive just been up ther on the wrong weekends or if they discontinued them. thanks in advance...

Since we live between Monroe City and Paris, I'll reply--don't know if the Tri County 4x4 is still having races or not, they were also having Mud Runs, don't know if those were discontinued.

The rest of the Dodge people may not have Computers, too busy with their trucks.

It was interesting at the County Fair this year, 10 pulling trucks, take a guess--8 Dodges and 2 Fords, the Dodge people took home the money.

hey thanks for the reply and info. get out on the lake much? i seen they had it closed off to the public boaters. mom and dad said they couldnt belive how high it wsa when they went over there a cpl weeks ago.
