1 ton and letter from Jackson

Got a letter the other day from Jackson, if i am over 10000 GW need to register and pay for a permit, private truck, never done any hauling for hire.
Any other there got one. do have a class B CDL.

mines not a 10k plate but i got personals too...........sounds like some poop if your not hiring out with the truck and all
