Hope ya don't have a sliding rear glass like me! Mine vibrates so LOUD!!! Im about to have me a solid back window put in!! Alls ya do is get about 1ft of 4" flex pipe (2) band clamps and a 4" 90*. Depending on how long your stack is, you either lengthen your stack with some pipe to go below your bed or if your stacks long enough hook the 90 to your stack and then connect the flexpipe to the other side of your 90 and the flexp pipe slides over your 4" exhaust. You put band clamps on the flex pipe ends and I used a regular exhaust clamp on the 90 that meets the stack.. Very simple.. I used a stack clamp also on the stack to the bed rail

Sweet, is your stack mounted directly above where the existing pipe was, like about a foot towards the center of the bed from the passenger side? Or is it snug in the corner of the bed. Im hoping I can put my stack in the passenger side corner of the bed so I dont have to move my tool box to the rear anymore. I can slide my toolbox to the left of the bed that leaves me with 8" on the right side of the bed to put my 7" stack.

No I dont have a sliding glass back window either, I always wished I did though.

I was down at the shop today but I was on the bike. I have mine mounted bove the pipe since it was easier. I'm sure we can find a way to get it in there though. Dont laugh when you se tho hole in my bed though it is a long aggrivating story.

Mine sits right next to the right of the 3rd brake light. So ya right above the factory exhaust.

Hey, how hot do you guys stacks get? I wanna paint my stack the same color as my truck, but I dont know if the stack will burn enamel paints off. I could do a high temp paint, but the color would be off a bit. I guess Caterpillar probably painted it black, because when I sanded it down today it sanded off pretty easy like an enamel. What do you guys think??
