Thanks for the input Scott. St. Thomas could work if people prefer that over Lapeer.

St. Thomas has "Run what you brung" every Sat night 6-10pm for 20 buck. It is about 1hr 15 min from the border of Port Huron, so it is the same distance for me.

Grand Bend has test and tune only on select Fridays evening. I was trying to find a track that was open on Sat so that it was easier for people to attend. So this one is discluded with Milan.

Brian,
I found some updated NHRA rules and this is what they say about loops now. I am going to see if Lapeer will follow this updated rule or not.

"A driveshaft loop will be required on all cars running 13.99 or quicker and utilizing slicks, except vehicles equipped with street tires running 11.49 or slower."

That's better.

sully112,
How far are you from Lapeer?

You still interested in going on the 12th?

It looks like you and I are the only ones that are interested on this forum and another site, or meet the rules of this track

My buddies at work (GTO/Camaro) both break into the 13s and do not have driveshaft loops so they can't go
