need help with a vibration

Seems like I have a vibration in the rear. It feels like it gets worse when there's a trailer on the truck. I've also been noticing that under braking through about 40mph the truck gets this funny bounce in the rear. I checked all the u-joints that they seem good. Could this be a carrier bearing going bad? I know there are suppose to have some play in them but could it have to much?

All of the tires are new and have 75 psi in them.

When did you first notice this before or after the tires? may still have a bad tire or a out of balance if a weight fell off, nothing stuck in between the duals?

No nothings stuck between the duals, I pulled them off to check the air pressure monday, one of these days I'll get a air chuck so I don't have to do it this way. I was kinda leaning tword a weight falling off. I'm sure the tire shop is going to soak me for $60 to balance the damn things. I think I noticed it a couple weeks ago. It really only get a vibration up near 65mph then when your under braking it does this bounce thing for a second when your around 40-35mph. It almost feels like the tires turn into ovals but just for a second.
