Miles...?

What would you guys say is alot of miles for a 1997 dodge ram 2500 single cab 8ft box with a 6 speed manual. I saw that truck for sale on auto trader. It says the trucks motor is turned up but I am not sure what . They want i think it said $13,000 which is a little steep i think but i am sure i could talk them down. oh ya the mileage is 177,000

I just bought my 99 quad cab long bed Laramie SLT 4x4 about a month ago for $12k. Rebuilt tranny, vp44, and new lift pump (with receipts). It had 142k miles on it. Oh, yeah, it was a one-owner, too. Known issues: some rust on bottom of driver's door and needed new tires.

Hope that helps for a comparison.
