I bought a 95 CC, LB 4X4 with 3:55's sitting on 245's with 116,000 miles. She's not a virgin!! An ol timer had her, then she got sent to a Dodge Warrantee engineer for her mod's. I don't remember all the spec's but they ripped out her heart and replaced it with an after market injector pump, ripped out the tranny, replaced all the lines with Stainless, re valved it so it's a 6speed slushbox, billet TC with the lowest possible stall speed, thermo coupled her to so she won't do OD unless the tranny is up to temp, and I believe the selonoid for lock out is installed, and added a tranny cooler. They left the exhaust before the muffler (emissions control) and put in 4" after the muffler. Air bags, 1ton wheel cylinder to give a true 50/50 braking, rebuilt the front end with billet sway bar and billet turning arm. Rearend has a billet cover with dipstick (not sure of the other mods there). Left to do is injectors, cutting out the cat, and the BAHF. I"m assuming somebody will talk me into those gawdy gauges. At the time she gets 20mpg loaded or empty. I"m shooting for about 25mpg, the engineer that took her virginity is wanting to pull 29 out of her,but I'm thinking I dont' have all that cash laying around. Oh.. I forgot, they gave her a #10 plate (whatever that means....).

Do I need to watch where I jump, or do I jump blindly?

Ian.. I'm still not sure.. thinking the UP chasing smelt or suckers for the week, or heading south.. I have Lake okachobee as an option, north FL or the Gulf coast of Mississippi. Decisions Decisions.... Salmon won't be in the big lake for a few months.. and hopefully I'll have a new lower unit in the boat by then.. otherwise I"m grounded to the smaller lakes and smaller fish.... Cat fishing is right around the corner too.. so ..

Any suggestions on great fishing early april?

Seriously.. I love fishing.. I used to host a pig roast for online students in a masters degree program.. we did the pig roast, weekend camping and canoeing.. to many city folks so we never did get the boat wet.. but ya shoulda seen them there stiff necks trying to canoe, and we won't mention the home made wine and thier reaction to the second glass full LOL
