My friend at work has a 06 2500 CTD Laramie LB, and had his Fab-Tech 4" Lift kit, 35" Tires and 17" Moto-Metal Wheels, Bank Air Ram & FMIC, Bully Dog Programmer, MBRP Dual exhaust installed at

::CUSTOMIZING CONNECTION::TEAM PERFORMANCE in Gaithersburg, MD and highly recommended them to me, so I'm going to have them do my cablights.

Clearance/Cab Light installation is really easy. I have done it on two trucks so far and about to do it on my new truck as none of them came with lights (I love those lights). I find if I take my time and walk away when a plastic part does not move the first time, it gets done in about 2 hours which is close to shop time for most. Kit is list $91.00 from MOPAR less any discounts you might get. Chris & "Big Boy" (that's my truck's name).

I don't want to risk tearing up my roof, installing the lights. I rather pay someone whose done it more then once and be confident about the job.

Sorry if this offends anyone but I would not allow Diesel connection to pump the fuel into my truck. I am a dealer and they have told me things that are wrong and it never fixed the problem afte soaking thousands. Your better off taking it to truck outfitters.

The instructions that come with the cab light kit are step by step and if followed are easy. Just remember to take your time and never force anything.
I will draw the line at working on the Cummins or the computers on myself as "I haven't got a brain".

newbie, need some references on getting work done in the Baltimore area

Hi everyone, I'm a new member, first time cummins owner. I have a 96 12valve that needs some work, can anyone recommend a reputable place in the Baltimore area?

I need some electrical work done, for the dirvers side window. The dealer won't touch it. (not even to diagnose what the problem is).

The cruise doesn't work, and while it's not crucial, I have a trip planned back to Iowa, and having it sure would be nice.

The front pannel vent won't work. AC comes from the defrost, and from the floor, but not from the front pannel. Also, when I have the AC on, it sounds like I have a waterfall in the dash. Any thoughts?

Thanks for any info you can provide,
Gus

I had a 94 that had a same problem, for me it was a vacuum hose had been pinched and had a hole. Wrapped some tape on it and it worked. I found it in the engine room not under dash. Down the road I went. Hope it helps.

I ended up installing alot of stuff myself:

OEM Side Steps, Front and Rear OEM Splash Guards, OEM Rear Inner Splash Fender Wells, TruckSport Roll-Up Tonneau Cover.

Had the Roof/Clearance lights installed by Tate Dodge, they charged me $180 + tax. They did a great job and a very clean job. Had the car back in a couple of hours.
