question about starting and key switch
when I first turn on my key I get the water in fuel warning and the wait to start lights. What is the wait to start light for ? I am sure it is warming somthing up, but just what is it. Also, when I tried to place my key in the parking position like I always did in my gasers I did not seem to have a key position other than start and run. So, my question is - can I leave that key on to play my radio or will I burn somthing up...... maybe I need to re-wire my radio to hot or put in another sswitch.

The main question is: what am I heating up and does it cut off when it gets hot and how hot does it get....?
