Anyone running AirDog 150 w/dual tanks?

Not getting much help from the tech forum.....

My options are to;

1) Send the 150 back and get the 100 and keep the dual tanks an make sure to keep the truck 500 hp.....

2) Keep the 150 and sell the the rear 40 gallon tank.....

3) Keep the 150 and the dual tanks and figure out how to plumb everything...

Suggestions???

I am a FASS dealer but understand both systems fairly well. I can help you with the dual tank situation but there are some variables that need to be found out. We have successfully installed FASS systems on dual tank trucks, but certain criteria needs to be met to accomplish this.

We really need a schematic of the current plumbing to get started.

I'll dig out the manufacturer info on the tanks. IIRC it has a plumbing diagram in it. It's a mechanical system.... it has two valves on the floorboard on the left side of the driver's seat.

I'm gonna pull the bed off hopefully this weekend to replace a bunch of return lines and install the 150 on the larger tank. If nothing else I can mount a pump between the two tanks use the rear tank as a transfer tank with a dash mounted switch.

This will work best.....not as convenient...but tired and true....

ALSO….we found with our 95 GPH pumps, a NAPA 2-2057 valve will work…..its a one in, two out valve……BUT will require a pretty sturdy multi circuit switch to run as you will be using 3 valves to handle the Pump Return, Pump Draw and Engine return.
