Kansas and Diesels

Moving to Kansas in a Month or so and was just wondering what you guys have out there for emissions?
Is it by county? Do you guys have farm licensing for vehicles that makes them emissions exempt?

Also heard that there are truck pulls all over the place! Heard just about every county has one. Just heard it from my buddies in Manhatten.

I will be moving some where between or around Manhatten to Topeka. I cant wait to get out of Colorado.
