I might be able to swing April. Definitely not March. And maybe by then I can get some gauges and y'all can help me put 'em in.

Well since no one has really spoken up, lets go with April 28th for a date.

I will be a last minute decision as my work schedule is week to week. I just took a bid to run a sleeper to the west coast. Don't know if I will like it. Just took it to try it once, I can drop it anytime I want. I'm up for anything though. Are we set on the 28 of April for sure?

Well unless something drastic happens or no one says they'll come then we can stick to that. I'm flexible on when we do it up until the beginning of June.

I am open as to where we meet really, if more people would say they'd come then we could kinda get a feel for where a good central location would be. But so far most of the people who have chimed in are in/around the Salina area.

The Flying J there has a decent resturant but I don't really know the Salina area well enough for a good place to meet, so some input from the Salina area guys would help in that area.

If anyone wants to race, if we go to Arkansas City, we may be able to get the track. It is a small local track, 1/4 mile.

I dont know of any other people from salina area on the forums, but there is plenty of places to meet up and grab a meal at. April looks like a bad time for me as well as most of may at this point. Im hoping the last weekend in april i have time to make it down to wichita so i can get some new #'s at the track.

Ok guys, I have an awesome idea! First I'd like to say that I'm sorry for not chiming in earlier! Anyway.... How about a meet at the track in wichita? I've been to the track there several times and have never seen a diesel pickup run. How awesome would it be if a ton of diesel guys met at the track and had a dyno and everything. We could really put a hurting on the ricer crowd! I think it would be an awesome time! I talked to Floor it diesel and he said that they like to have at least a $1500 guarantee. If you guys like this idea, then I'll make some phone calls to the track and we could get a date set and get the dyno and everything. I can see the advertisement now... DIESEL DAY AT THE TRACK! DYNO INCLUDED!
Give me some feedback!
Dan
