I am only 1/2 hour from there and plenty of room for a camper or the couch if a diesel guy needs a place to crash to make it easier.

Ryan and I have discuses the closing date on the registering of the dyno and show and shine, I had planed on being the bad cop first, sorry Ryan I wanted to get this out I skiped sending this to you to prof read but I wanted to get this out ( I'm doing this instead of straighting my book work out for my business!!)
I have told Ryan I would make the cut off for the 1st of Sept!!! With us just now getting the fliers out I think we will make the cut off the 5th instead so people seeing the fliers get a chance to register!! for you guys that have said you’re going to Dyno or put your truck in the show an shine (YOU NEED TO REGISTER NOW) Ryan has dished out way too much time and money and time already to have people say their coming and not register their trucks now we need to show good faith here boys and girls and get registered!! If not I really do not want to hear people say there is no big get together being put on!! This man has put a lot in to this not to get some sort of responds on register to believe people are really interested in coming then just saying so on a computer!!
I have discuses with Ryan if no one wants to register by the 5th that we just cut out the dyno and show an shine out and just make it a gathering at some other location, so we do not spend money on having to get insurance at the area Diesel location. the plates alone guys will cost $160 bucks that’s just for first and second place, and $2500 for the dyno we might be able to bring that down if you would register!!, not counting the cost of fliers being made up and trying to convince motels around here that I can get 5 to 10 rooms if not more rented from people coming from out of twn!!! We have come down to putting food on are self’s instead of paying some vendor $500 and up to supply the goodies!! So we need a defendant answer by register so we know how much food to get!!
I will be very unpleased if I dish out over $100 bones on food and have 5 people show up!!
Not to cry woo is me but I own my own business that takes me 60/70hrs a week, Ryan has a 40hr a week job plus a private business of his own that takes time away and we are trying to put this thing on for you guys!!!
all we are asking is to get register please!!! so we now we are not wasting are and Area diesel time,
If we have a large show up this thing we take wings and grow by us and the owners of Area Diesel and get bigger every year but they need to see a turn out to believe this will be a worth time to investment on their part also!!

I’m sorry I being the bad cop but you that now me already now that I can be a very in your mug kind of guy to get these thing s going , (Example , I have been booted by two Diesel web sites for trying to get the word out aggressively ) But I’m more of the behind the seens guy in this one and being here no one is registering so I thought I would write this because Ryan is a very nice guy and go’s out of his way to help all of us out on his web page on questions and contact’s on where we can get stuff at!! So I do not think it’s fair if we are just going to throw smoke up HE’s rear and say we are coming and then not show

( THINK ABOUT THIS GUYS AND PUT YOUR SELF IN HIS BOOTS FOR A MINUINTE AND THINK SO D0 I GO OUT AND SPEND MORE MONEY IF THIS DOES NOT WORK OUT AND NO ONE SHOWS SO PLEASE GET REGISTER!!!!!)

do not know yet, have issues retaining a place to hold the event at.
Area Diesel is not really being to supportive of this event more then just letting us have it at there place to put it nicely, Ryan & I Have been told by Area Diesel now that we need indepentant Insurance, they do not really want to help get the word out threw there multiple dealers they have threw out the state. do to them not know how well this event will go.
I'll I have to say to that is, if you help us get th word getting your dealers to tell there customers about it the more might show up!! I really do not understand why they are hesitante on doing that !!

So as of right now Ryan and I are trun to come up with a alternate place to hold it at! Ryan or I will have a answer to you soon!!
