July 11 Porky's Cruise Night Rain or Shine

Ok fellas, the owners of Porky's are allowing us another night. We have had an OK showing, but we can use a lot more trucks to get this thing going strong. Just think if we had as many trucks in the lot as places have bikes in a lot on a bike night. I don't care if you bring your rusted out F-250 IDIer as long as we have some more rides the easier it will be to keep having some events like this. It starts at 6pm and goes until 9-10. Porky's has awesome food and it is very reasonable. There is beer and soda for the non drinkers. So do you think you can make it?

Cool Trent. I'm sure even your family can have a good time there. Guys have brought their sons and wives and had a good time talking truck stuff or whatever comes up. LOL Maybe we can come up with something else to do as a group afterwards to help make the long trip for the out of towners worth it.

well, i started my job @ Cummins last night, and luckily we dont work fri night/sat morning.

Not sure if i will get paid for that weekend yet or not, but ONLY if its supposed to be clear i will be there (money pending) as my truck is not fixed yet and still has no window. I know you guys are lookin for lots of trucks so i will make it a point to be there if at all possible. Like i said, only MAJOR contributoring factor is weather, if it looks/sounds like rain i wont be there as i dont feel like flooding out my truck. If its supposed to be dry, i will scrounge up what little money i dont have and plan to head down there.

SO what im lookin for now, is weather details for fri night and early sat between des moines and mason city. (itll be a long drive down there and back with no window and no radio)
