how do i join the iowa chapter?

hey i was just wondering how i join up to be a member of this chapter?

1993 dodge W250 reg cab long bed. with fairly beefed up tranny. pump turned up a bit and 4" down pipe to 5" at the t case then to 7" mitre cut stacks. and also a 7 1/2 foot western plow. soon to have a custom front bumper.
