New Pulling Association in Central Iowa

Hello everyone. I just wanted to get the word out that there is a group of guys trying to get a pulling association together in the central Iowa area. It is called Midwest Pullers Association.
They have a street diesel class that is 8000# and under. Any 8000# and over trucks can run but you must drop your hitch 1 inch for every 500# over. This is for stock trucks. There is also a pro diesel class with the same weight rule, and this class is for modified trucks. If anyone is interested you can PM me and I will try to give you some more info. They have 6-7 pulls organized right now and a possible 6-7 more. There are some in southern Iowa and may be some a little farther north near Ft. Dodge. Most of them I can remember mentioned are in central Iowa. They have 8 gasser classes as well. There is a meeting in Maxwell Iowa on March 30th at 1pm if anyone is interested in getting involved or wanting to pull.

It is south of Ames. If you take I-35 south to the Cambridge exit and go east it is about 12miles off the interstate. Let me know if you are interested in coming down.

No, I'm in Mitchellville which is about 20 minutes away from Maxwell. There will be a lot of pulls in that area this year hopefully.
