I would like a schedule and a list of the rules, and are they actually gonna enforce the rules, or is it gonna be like all the fair time pulls where they tell you th rules, and let thier locals step over them.....??

Okay, here is more info. I am going to get a set of rules on Sunday. They are pretty open because I am the only diesel guy that has showed up to any meetings. It is $100 to join the pulling orginazation and it only costs $10 to hook at each event. If you don't join and want to only come to a few pulls it is $30 including your hook. This will be applied to your membership fee if you ever consider just joining. The first area wide pull is May 18th in Cambridge Ia. It is a test and tune only. The first points pull is June 14th also in Cambridge Ia. So far they have 8 pulls in the area around Ames. They have about 6 more as well that are near New Virginia and southern central Iowa. They are also scouting small towns with town events that are interested in having a pull. They have a sled committed to them so that isn't a problem as long as there isn't a group event already going on. I will post more info as I get it.

I also considered going over and pulling with fantasy until they out lawed converted trucks. There is a group that has a few pulls around the Eldon area as well. I will get more details, we can use all the diesel rigs we can get to help this take off!

Is there any more information about the schedule of the pulls and the rules? I would be interested in finding some pulles in Central Iowa instead of going to NE Iowa.

Last year I pulled in Blairstown, IA. There were guys there that lived up that way and I believe they pull in Fantasy. They have quite a few pulls in the Dubuque area. They are mainly in NE IA, SW WI, and NW IL. It would be a lot nice to have some around here.
