injector pump timming on a 98 12v

i was just wondering if anyone in the des moines area knows how to set my injector pump timming please let me know thanks in advanced

Eventually I'm prolly going to do this to my dad's 12v so I would like to know if someone can help also. I do think I know some people that will help though...

Need it advanced...I'm not really up on 12v stuff but from what I hear, 16* is the magic number?

Yeah they run good there. I had mine at 18* and will be going to 24* this year.
