Des Moines Dyno update/information
Well, I dyno'd the truck today and thought i'd let everyone know about the place incase they are interested The shop is called Midstate Machine. They have a Mustang Dyno and it is a "load" dyno. They were very nice...they had only done a couple diesels before, so they let me do quite a few runs (until we got everything figured out) and only charged me for one pull. There is one major problem with the GARAGE they house the dyno in...8 foot ceiling and 7 foot garage door. They had to hold the door up so it wouldn't scratch my roof. They said they dyno'd a cummins with stacks and it didn't work out very well (and they had to repaint the ceiling afterwards). Anyway, thought I'd let everyone know for future reference!
