I deer hunt here in ohio a lot, but not in Iowa. We hunt all over spirit lak for 3-4 days for pheasant and by then the dogs are done for, and we come on back. I saw a lot of deer out there while we were walking feilds and marsh's but nothing like th pigs that walk around here in southwest ohio.
Pheasant opener can get pretty wild in inson county

I have looked into Dmacc and vatterott and UTI
and both dmacc and vatterott are 2 years and have a waiting list!!!
so I'm like might as well get my degree done is 45 weeks and start my career sooner then both
so I'm excited but kind freaking out since i will be moving up there by myself
but i know it will be fine just the first big step into my new life

The hardest thing I had to get used to is that they aren't like we are out this way. If you try to talk to your neighbors, they act like you are going to attack them or something, it is very hard to get to know anyone when they hide away from you like that. I did the rod bearings in my truck in the parking lot of the apartments right behind the school. Had a guy come up to me because he noticed the Iowa plates, as he was originally from Iowa s well, and figured he could actually talk to me. He had noticed the same thing I mention.
