looking for 06 or 07

Hello Illinois members. I am a newby from Joliet.

I was wondering if anyone knew where a '06 or '07 3500 5.9 4x4 mega drw might be for sale in the Chicago area ...... ??

I have been looking for awhile (ebay and auto trader ) -- they are out there, but at 5 to 8 hrs away !

I drove the '08 3500 the other day --- VERY nice, but i don't think i want to put up with the emissions bs at this time.

I have a 98.5 3500, QC, 2wd, 5 speed manual.

I read some people like the noisy diesel sound -- not me -- i like it quiet. The new 6.7's are very quiet!
Newby question -- what year did the ctd's get quieter in the Dodge's ?

thanx, zip

People look at me crazy when I say my 04.5 is a diesel!!! Really, it's that quiet. The 2 stroke oil in the fuel helps some also!!!!!
