well it's set!

just talked to heath tonight and things are 100% a GO for the 8th! and as the poll votes showed it's the 8th!

Time: 11:00 AM approximate ot ??????

Going to have a BBQ of some sort! Burgers, chips, etc, will be on hand! OH and you are welcome to bring your drink of choice!

Where: New Covenant Performance, Mt. Auburn IL! POKE Here For MAP

Plans... we are open to sugestions! it's going to be rather informal! if someone has some mild wrenching... fine w/ me! nothing major planned as of right now! but something could sure come up!

Hotel/Motel: if you are going to be in need of accomadations let me know! and I'll get ya hooked up in the right direction! North or South!

We'll need a head count to get an idea of how much food will be needed! and we'll need to be 90% sure of that number by the 5th of DEC! so for some of ya, you've got plenty of time to OK it w/ the powers that be!
